{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":137,"path":"acct-lifecycle-events/account-lifecycle-use-playbook-data-capture.md","title":"Data capture and validation","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Data capture and validation\n\nThis phase is meant to gather the necessary information about the account such as support contacts, locations, sold products, entitlements.\n\n<table id=\"table_ghf_3n4_1yb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nStage\n\n</th><th>\n\nActivity\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\n**Data Capture &amp; Validation**\n\n</td><td>\n\nSelect the **Data capture** activity to import relevant data into the system and validate it before moving to the next stage.\n\n The following default tables are available with the base system:\n\n-   Customer contacts\n-   Location\n-   Service entitlement\n-   Install base item\n-   Account address relationship\n-   Contract\n-   Sold products\n-   Install base M2M sold products\n\n Custom conditions have been defined and field values in these tables like source table, target table, and data source are auto-populated in each of these tables. You can use these flows by directly importing data into these tables and publish them when they’re ready. You can modify these tables, add new tables, and activities depending on your requirements using the Process Automation Designer.
