Can I deprecate older versions?\n- Which API methods are being used?\n- What resources are being accessed?\n- Who is using each API and resource?\n\nThe instance tracks analytics for all inbound web services, including platform web services such as the REST Table API or the SOAP API, and custom web services such as scripted REST APIs and scripted SOAP web services. Analytics are aggregated by each resource and HTTP action combination.\n\nOutbound web services, such as REST Messages, are not tracked.\n\n- **[Collect analytics for an API](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/api-reference/web-services/api-analytics-whitelist-domain.md)** \nSelect which APIs to collect analytics for and select if requestor information should be collected for each API.\n- **[View REST & SOAP API analytics](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/api-reference/web-services/c_APIAnalyticsReports.md)** \nView overall API analytics, analytics per API, or analytics per requesting user in the REST & SOAP API Analytics dashboard.\n- **[REST and SOAP API analytics collection and cleanup](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/api-reference/web-services/c_APIAnalyticsCollectClean.md)** \nAPI analytics uses scheduled jobs to collect and clean up analytics data.\n- **[API analytics properties](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/api-reference/web-services/api-analytics-properties.md)** \nCertain properties control the behavior of API analytics.\n\n**Parent Topic:**[Additional integration resources](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/api-reference/web-services/additional-integration-resources.md)\n\n"}}
