The label can consist of any text.|\n|Name|Displays the name used to identify the data variable in script calls. The name can only consist of alphanumeric and underscore characters. The system automatically converts the label into a valid name by removing or replacing any special characters.|\n|Type|Indicates the type of data stored by the data variable.|\n|Mandatory|Indicates whether the data variable must contain a value when configured in an action.|\n\n## Advanced options for Choice variables\n\n<table id=\"table_pmk_lfj_dlb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nOption\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr id=\"advanced-data-name\"><td>\n\nName\n\n</td><td>\n\nDisplays the name used to identify the data variable in script calls.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nMax length\n\n</td><td>\n\nSpecifies the maximum length a user can enter for a choice value. Use this option to restrict the length of input values stored during action design.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nHint\n\n</td><td>\n\nProvides guidance to flow or action designers on how to configure the data.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nChoice\n\n</td><td>\n\nSpecifies whether the choice list has a value for no selection. Options include:-   Dropdown with --None--\n-   Dropdown without --None--\n\n **Note:** The Dropdown with --None-- option requires selecting a default choice.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nDefault\n\n</td><td>\n\nSpecifies the choice used when a flow or action designer does not select a choice.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nChoices\n\n</td><td>\n\nSpecify the choices available to select.
