Hired applicants can start their onboarding journey from the applicant center even before their joining day.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRole required: admin\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Create a script in global scope to delete roles.\n\n    For details, see [Script includes](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/api-reference/scripts/c_ScriptIncludes.md)\n\n    **Note:** You may use `hiringdeleteroles.xml`, an existing script to delete roles.\n\n2.  Write the following business rules for an applicant user when the application state becomes hired.\n\n    For details, see [Create a business rule for your service](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/universal-request-for-hr-service-delivery/ur-create-busrule-service.md)\n\n    1.  Delete an external applicant role: **sn\\_ta\\_hiring\\_core.external\\_applicant**.\n\n    2.  Create an internal applicant role: **sn\\_ta\\_hiring\\_core.internal\\_applicant**.\n\n3.  Copy the journey menu from the employee center portal to the applicant center portal.\n\n4.
