Install the Now Assist for HR Service Delivery \\(HRSD\\) plugin \\(sn\\_hr\\_gen\\_ai\\).\n\n    For more information, see [Configure ServiceNow Otto for HR Service Delivery \\(HRSD\\)](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/now-assist-for-hrsd/configure-now-assist-hr.md).\n\n2.  Activate the Enterprise Service Management Integrations Framework\\] application from the ServiceNow® Store.\n\n3.  Configure the [SuccessFactors Spoke](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/integrate-applications/successfactors-spoke.md) to pull data from SuccessFactors system.\n\n4.
