It uses the flow designer capability to communicate with external instances and third-party systems.\n\nThe application provides a consistent way of building integrations for common use cases such as pulling employee profiles and tasks from the third-party application to a ServiceNow application, and pushing data from a ServiceNow application into a third-party application.\n\n## Request apps on the Store\n\nVisit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store.
