{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":12174,"path":"employee-service-management/legal-conflict-of-interest/configure-coi-flow-designer-flows.md","title":"Configure flows for Legal Conflict of Interest","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Configure flows for Legal Conflict of Interest\n\nReview the flows installed with the Legal Conflict of Interest application and configure them to align with your business needs.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nEnsure that the Legal Conflict of Interest application scope is selected.\n\nRole required: sn\\_lg\\_coi.coi\\_admin and admin\n\n## About this task\n\nLegal Conflict of Interest uses the following flows:\n\n-   COI Approval flow: Triggers multi-level approvals when an employee submits a conflict of interest request\n-   Scheduled Flow to Deactivate COI: Triggers to validate and deactivate any existing conflict of interest disclosure record that has the end date before the current date. The flow triggers at a scheduled time.\n\nThe flows are built using ServiceNow Workflow Studio, so make sure you’re familiar with the [Flow Designer](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/application-development/flow-designer.md) basics.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Process Automation** > **Flow Designer**.\n\n2.  Find the **COI Approval flow** and click the name of the flow to open.\n\n3. Click **Save**.\n\n5.
