These workplace items are displayed in a single category on the Reservation portal.\n\n## Before you begin\n\n**Warning:** Starting with Workplace Reservation Management version 2.1.2, to create or view approvers or performer criteria, navigate to **Workplace Core** > **Administration** > **Performer Criteria**.\n\n- After the upgrade, the Reservable module's **Require approval** option is changed to **Override approval policy**.\n\n Before the upgrade, if a reservable module has the **Require approval** option enabled, then, after the upgrade, it is migrated as **Always require approval** in the **Override approval policy** option. Otherwise, the **Override approval policy** is set to **Never require approval**.\n\n- For existing customers, the Reservable module's approval functionality that were configured earlier to approve reservations remain the same until a new approval definition is configured.
