You then add the action to your flow.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRole required: flow\\_designer\n\n## About this task\n\nThe flow includes both a trigger condition and the Trigger Smart Assessment flow action.\n\nAn example trigger condition might be that the state in the control table changes to **Attest**.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Process Automation** > **Workflow Studio**.\n\n2.  On the **Action** tab, select **Trigger Smart Assessment**.\n\n3.  Fill in the Trigger Smart Assessment action form to design the action.\n\n    The settings on the form are described in [Trigger Smart Assessment action form](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/governance-risk-compliance/smart-assessment-engine/sae-smart-asmnt-action-form.md).\n\n4.  Test the action as described in [Building flows](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/build-workflows/flows.md).\n\n    For descriptions of all these settings, see [Settings in the Test action pop-up window](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/governance-risk-compliance/smart-assessment-engine/sae-test-action-popup.md).\n\n5.
