Subscription Management uses the sn\\_ind\\_rmt\\_help.fulfiller role to identify EMR Help fulfiller licenses.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nsn\\_ind\\_rmt\\_help.viewer\n\n</td><td>\n\nView details of the EMR data associated with a ServiceNow service request.\n\n **Note:** Assign the sn\\_ind\\_rmt\\_help.viewer role to agents who work on issues reported from the EMR system.
