Set the application scope to Global.\n\n2.  Navigate to **All** > **System Definition** > **Script Includes**.\n\n3.  In the Name field, search for **MultiSSO\\_OIDC\\_CTO**.\n\n4.  In the results list, confirm that the Application column shows Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management Core, then open the record.\n\n5.  Right-click the form toolbar and select **Insert and Stay**.\n\n6.  Confirm that the Application field now shows **Global**.\n\n7.  In the Name field, change the value to **MultiSSO\\_OIDC\\_CTO\\_global**.\n\n8.  Select **Update**.\n\n9.  Navigate to **All** > **System Definition** > **Script Includes**.\n\n10. In the Name field, search for **OAuthUtilEpic**.\n\n11. In the results list, confirm that the Application column shows **Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management Core**, then open the record.\n\n12. Right-click the form toolbar and select **Insert and Stay**.\n\n13. Confirm that the Application field now shows **Global**.\n\n14. In the Name field, change the value to **OAuthUtilEpic\\_global**.\n\n15.
