Manage Amazon instances, Amazon Machine Images \\(AMIs\\), Key Pairs, and Tags from your ServiceNow instance.\n\n## Request apps on the Store\n\nVisit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) to view all the available apps, and for information about submitting requests to the store. For cumulative release notes information for all released apps, see the [ServiceNow Store version history release notes](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/store-release-notes/sn-store-release-notes.html).\n\n## Integration Hub subscription\n\nThis spoke requires an Integration Hub subscription. For more information, see [Legal schedules - IntegrationHub overview](https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow-assets/public/en-us/doc-type/legal/snc-addendum-integrationhub.pdf).\n\n## Spoke version\n\nAmazon EC2 spoke v1.4.1 is the latest version. For version history of the spoke, see [Amazon EC2 spoke release notes](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/store-release-notes/store-integrationhub-rn-amazon-ec2.html).\n\n## Spoke dependencies\n\nIf you’re having trouble installing the app, ensure that these dependent plugins are installed:\n\n-   ServiceNow IntegrationHub Runtime \\(com.glide.hub.integration.runtime\\)\n-   ServiceNow IntegrationHub Action Step - REST \\(com.glide.hub.action\\_step.rest\\)\n-   Complex Object \\(com.glide.cobject\\)\n-   ServiceNow Flow Designer - Dynamic Inputs \\(com.glide.hub.dynamic\\_inputs\\)\n\n**Note:** Some of these plugins are licensable features and require an appropriate license if used outside the spoke implementation. For information on licenses, contact your account manager.\n\n## Supported version\n\nThis spoke was built for API version 2016-11-15, but may be compatible with later versions.\n\n## Spoke requirements\n\n-   User with full access to Amazon EC2.\n-   Access Key ID and Secret Access Key of the user. Record these values for later use.\n\n## Spoke flows and subflows\n\nThis spoke has no flows and subflows.\n\n## Available sample conversational subflows\n\nInstall Now Assist for Conversational Spokes and start using the conversational ability of Integration Hub spokes. For more information, see [ServiceNow Otto for Conversational Spokes](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/integration-hub/conv-spokes-na.md).\n\n|Conversational subflow|Description|\n|----------------------|-----------|\n|Look up Images - Sample|Returns information on the specified images.|\n|Run instances - Sample|Executes the specified instances.|\n\n## Spoke actions\n\nThe Amazon EC2 spoke provides actions to automate Amazon EC2 tasks when events occurs in ServiceNow. Available actions include:\n\n<table id=\"table_g4c_rw3_glb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nCategory\n\n</th><th>\n\nAction\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td rowspan=\"5\">\n\nAmazon Machine Image Management\n\n</td><td>\n\nCopy Image\n\n</td><td>\n\nCopies an Amazon Machine Image \\(AMI\\) from the specified source region to the current region.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nCreate Image\n\n</td><td>\n\nCreates an Amazon EBS supported AMI from an Amazon EBS supported instance that is either running or stopped.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nDeregister Image\n\n</td><td>\n\nDeregisters the specified AMI.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nList Image Attribute\n\n</td><td>\n\nRetrieves the specified AMI attribute.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nList Images\n\n</td><td>\n\nRetrieves the specified AMIs.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td rowspan=\"13\">\n\nInstance Management\n\n</td><td>\n\nGet Instance Attribute\n\n</td><td>\n\nRetrieves the specified attribute of the specified instance.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nGet Instances Status\n\n</td><td>\n\nRetrieves the status of the specified instance.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nGet Password Data\n\n</td><td>\n\nRetrieves the encrypted administrator password for an active Windows instance.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nList Instance Types\n\n</td><td>\n\nRetrieves the list of all instance types in an AWS region.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nList Instances\n\n</td><td>\n\nRetrieves a list of all instances.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nMonitor Instances\n\n</td><td>\n\nEnables monitoring for all active instances.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nReboot Instances\n\n</td><td>\n\nReboots the specified instances.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nRun Instances\n\n</td><td>\n\nLaunches the specified number of instances using an AMI.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nStart Instances\n\n</td><td>\n\nStarts the specified instances.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nStops Instances\n\n</td><td>\n\nStops the specified instances.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nTerminate Instances\n\n</td><td>\n\nShutdowns or terminates the specified instances.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nUnmonitor Instances\n\n</td><td>\n\nDisables monitoring for the specified running instances.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nUpdate Instance Attribute\n\n</td><td>\n\nUpdates the specified attribute for the specified instance. **Note:** You can specify only one attribute at a time. Using an alias eliminates the need to configure multiple credentials and connection information profiles when using multiple environments. If the connection or credential information changes, you don't need to update any actions that use the connection.\n\nFor information about setting up the spoke, see [Set up the Amazon EC2 spoke](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/integration-hub/setup-amazon-ec2.md).\n\n"}}
