For example, `Send employee offer` .\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRole required: admin\n\n-   Request Integration Hub subscription\n-   Activate Docusign eSignature spoke\n-   [Set up Docusign eSignature spoke using JWT grant](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/integration-hub/setup-docusign-jwt.md) or [Set up Docusign eSignature spoke using authorization code grant](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/integrate-applications/integration-hub/setup-docusign-authorization-code.md)\n\n## About this task\n\n**Note:** Customize flows based on your requirements.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  In Docusign, create document templates and specify recipient roles, for example, `Candidate` and `Manager`.\n\n    The system retrieves other recipient details such as name and email, when the flow is triggered.\n\n2.  In Workflow Studio, create a new flow.\n\n3.  Specify **TRIGGER** to initiate the flow.\n\n4.  Specify one of the following actions to be performed during the flow and provide recipient details:\n\n    -   **Create Draft Envelope from Template**\n    -   **Get Recipient ID by Role Name**\n    -   **Add Recipient to Envelope**\n    -   **Get Recipient ID by Role Name**\n    -   **Add Recipient to Envelope**\n    -   **Get Field ID**\n    -   **Set Field Value**\n    -   **Send Envelope**\n    -   **Get Field Value**\n5.  Pause the flow until the specified document is signed or rejected by selecting the **Wait for Signature from Docusign** action.\n\n    -   The selected document or Embedded Signing URL is sent to the recipients for signing. While signing the document, the recipient details are auto-populated.\n    -   An envelope record is created in the **Envelopes** table. The Envelope status and other details are updated.\n\n"}}
