It adds and replaces documents, looks up documents and document IDs, and attaches individual or combined documents to ServiceNow records.\n\n## Workflow\n\nThe agent helps the user manage envelope documents and bring them into ServiceNow.\n\n1.  Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the envelope ID and document.\n2.  Look up the documents in an envelope or a document ID by name.\n3.  Add a document to an envelope or replace an existing one.\n4.  Attach a Docusign document, or the combined envelope document, to a ServiceNow record.\n5.
