Configure Unused resources processes and specify the potential savings that trigger notifications.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nRun Discovery on each service account.\n\nEnsure that the Billing Download job has completed for each provider.\n\nEnsure that the Price Sheet Download job has completed for each provider.\n\nRole required: insights\\_admin \\[sn\\_clin\\_core.insights\\_admin\\] or insights\\_owner \\[sn\\_clin\\_core.insights\\_owner\\].\n\n## About this task\n\n**Note:** Microsoft Azure only: The Azure Advisor service generates the recommendations that appear in Rightsizing and Unused resources reports. Cloud Cost Management doesn't generate the recommendations.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **Cloud Cost Management Workspace** &gt; **Operations** &gt; **Recommendations** &gt; **Unused resources**.\n\n2.  Select **Settings**.\n\n3.  On the form, fill in the fields.\n\n<table id=\"table_qnq_v3t_tgb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nField\n\n</th><th>\n\nValue\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nEnable Unused Machines\n\n</td><td>\n\nOption for enabling Unused resources activities.\n\n This field is automatically enabled.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nAdvanced\n\n</td><td>\n\nOption to specify non-default change templates.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nAuto pause interval\n\n</td><td>\n\nIndicates the minimum idle time for the Azure SQL database in minutes.\n\n Default: 60 minutes\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nMaximum age for snapshots in AWS/Azure/Google \\(days\\)\n\n</td><td>\n\nAge of the snapshot.
