For details, see [Create a Script Include to transform Scratchpad updates from the provider](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-asset-management/hardware-asset-management/creating-script-include-for-provide-ztr.md).\n\nRole required: asset\\_integration\\_admin or admin\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Hardware Asset Workspace** > **Asset operations**.\n\n2.  From the **Zero touch** list, select **Provider integration profiles**.\n\n3.  Select **New**.\n\n4.  On the form, fill in the fields.\n\n    |Field|Description|\n    |-----|-----------|\n    |Provider|Name of the external provider.|\n    |API|Name of the Script Include that includes the business logic for transforming the Scratchpad update sent by the provider to the required format.|\n    |Active|Option for indicating the status of the provider integration profile.|\n\n5.  Select **Save**.\n\n\n## Result\n\nThe provider integration profile is created and added to the Provider integration profiles list.\n\n"}}
