Navigate to **All** &gt; **Hardware Asset Workspace** &gt; **Asset operations**.\n\n2.  From the **Shipment** list, select **Shipping carriers**.\n\n3.  Select **New**.\n\n4.  Provide the contact details of the carrier.\n\n5.  On the form, fill in the remaining fields.\n\n<table id=\"table_y5c_5d5_kxb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nField\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nName\n\n</td><td>\n\nName of the shipping carrier. This field is required.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nCompany\n\n</td><td>\n\nCore company of the shipping carrier.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nIntegration profile\n\n</td><td>\n\nProfile for integrating with the third-party carrier's application.For more details, see [View the carrier integration profile details](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-asset-management/hardware-asset-management/view-integration-profiles.md).\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nStatus\n\n</td><td>\n\nStatus of the carrier. This field is set to **Active** by default.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nMax wait days\n\n</td><td>\n\nMaximum days that the carrier takes to deliver a shipment.By default, this field is set to 90. You can change this value.\n\n**Note:** This field isn’t shown on the form by default. You can choose to display this field on the form.\n\nA shipment record that is not updated by the carrier after the integration profile job has run for the specified maximum wait days is marked as stale shipment by The ITAM: Process integration profiles and stale shipment job.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nNotes\n\n</td><td>\n\nAdditional information about the carrier.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>6.
