Navigate to **All** &gt; **Agile Jira Integration** &gt; **Jira Instances**.\n\n2.  Open your Jira instance record.\n\n3.  From the Jira Projects related list, open a Jira project for which you want to customize the map configuration.\n\n4.  From the Table maps related list of the Jira project, click **New**.\n\n5.  On the form, fill in the fields.\n\n<table id=\"table_s3l_xlt_bkb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nField\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nInternal Table\n\n</td><td>\n\nTable name in Agile Development 2.0.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nMap configuration\n\n</td><td>\n\nMap configuration for this project.This field is auto-populated based on the project.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nExternal Table\n\n</td><td>\n\nTable ID in Jira.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nExternal Table Name\n\n</td><td>\n\nDisplay name of the table in Jira.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>6.  Save the table configuration.\n\n7.  From the Field Maps related list of your table map record, create new field maps for the following fields:\n\n    |Field in Jira|Field in Agile Development 2.0|\n    |-------------|------------------------------|\n    |Summary of the issue|Short description|\n    |Description of the issue|Description|\n\n    For information on how to configure field mapping for a table, see [Customize your field map configuration](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-business-management/atlassian-jira-integrations-common/custom-field-map-configuration.md). You can also create other field maps for your new table configuration.\n\n\n## What to do next\n\n1.  Validate your new table map configuration by clicking **Validate and fix mapping** from your project form.\n2.  In the Table maps related list of your project, if the Valid column of your configuration shows:\n    -   true, validation of your map configuration is successful.\n    -   false, validation of your map configuration failed. Ensure that you enter correct values for all the fields and validate again.\n3.  Create a business rule to support export of this new table map configuration to Jira. See [Apply custom table map configuration for Agile Development 2.0 and Jira](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-business-management/atlassian-jira-integrations-common/jira-create-business-rule-to-apply-custom-table-map.md).\n4.  If you want to support import and export of attachments for this new table map, see [Allow import and export of attachments on a custom Agile Development 2.0 table](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-business-management/atlassian-jira-integrations-common/jira-allow-import-and-export-of-attachments-on-custom-table-maps.md).\n5.  If you want to enable display of fields that reference Jira identifiers in your custom table map, see [Populate Jira project identifier reference fields for Agile Development 2.0 custom table](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-business-management/atlassian-jira-integrations-common/jira-populate-external-identifier-reference-fields-on-a-custom-table.md).\n\n**Parent Topic:**[Customizing map configuration for your Jira projects](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/it-business-management/atlassian-jira-integrations-common/custom-map-configuration.md)\n\n"}}
