To customize a topic, duplicate it and then edit it. See [Virtual Agent Designer](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/conversational-interfaces/conversation-designer-virtual-agent.md)\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** > **Collaboration > Virtual Agent > Designer > Topics**.\n\n2.  Select the **PPM Virtual Agent** card to open it.\n\n    -   To use the provided topic with no changes, select **Publish**.\n    -   To duplicate the topic so you can customize it, select **Duplicate**.
