Navigate to **All** > **System Definition** > **Script Includes**.\n\n2.  Open the ChangeRequestStateHandler script include and modify the script as follows.\n\n    1.  Add the following line to the top of the script in the **Constants** section:\n\n        ```\n        ChangeRequestStateHandler.COMPLETE = \"complete\";\n        ```\n\n    2.  Add the following line as the last line of the function in the *Initialize* function:\n\n        ```\n        this.STATE_NAMES[\"-6\"] = ChangeRequestStateHandler.COMPLETE;\n        ```\n\n    \\[Omitted image \"NewStateTutUpdScrptIncl1.png\"\\] Alt text: Modified script\n\n3.
