{"revision":"c10276e953456835cdbb1f3a60d58ae1980be353","document":{"id":35863,"path":"now-intelligence/performance-analytics/schedule-scorecard-pdf.md","title":"Schedule the export and distribution of an indicator","bundle":null,"doc_type":null,"release":"australia","body":"\n# Schedule the export and distribution of an indicator\n\nSchedule an indicator to automate its distribution.\n\n## Before you begin\n\nThis feature requires the licensed version of [Performance Analytics](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/now-intelligence/performance-analytics/c_PremiumPerformanceAnalytics.md).\n\n**Note:** This feature currently does not support Data snapshots indicators.\n\nRole required: pa\\_power\\_user, pa\\_admin, or admin\n\n## Procedure\n\n1.  Navigate to **All** &gt; **Platform Analytics Administration** &gt; **Schedules** &gt; **Scheduled Indicators**.\n\n2.  Select **New**.\n\n3.  Complete the form as follows:\n\n<table id=\"table_nys_fdc_p1b\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nField\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nIndicator\n\n</td><td>\n\nSelect the indicator that you want to export.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nBreakdown\n\n</td><td>\n\nSelect a breakdown to filter the indicator scores.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nElement\n\n</td><td>\n\nIf you selected a breakdown, select a breakdown element to show only scores associated with that element.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nChart\n\n</td><td>\n\nSelect this checkbox to include the scores visualization in the PDF. The visualization is the same as displayed on the indicator Analytics Hub.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nBreakdowns\n\n</td><td>\n\nSelect this checkbox to include the scores for each breakdown and breakdown element in a table at the bottom of the PDF. If you have selected a **Breakdown** and **Element**, the breakdowns displayed at the bottom of the PDF are 2nd-level breakdowns.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nUsers\n\n</td><td>\n\nUsers who should receive the indicator.\n\n To receive indicators, users must have an Email address defined and have **Notifications** set to **Enable** in their user records.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nGroups\n\n</td><td>\n\nGroups that should receive the indicator.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nEmail addresses\n\n</td><td>\n\nEmail addresses of users who should receive the indicator but who are not in the system.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nActive\n\n</td><td>\n\nCheck box that enables \\(selected\\) or disables \\(cleared\\) scheduling for the indicator.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nRun\n\n</td><td>\n\nFrequency for exporting the indicator.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nTime\n\n</td><td>\n\nTime of day to export the indicator.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nConditional\n\n</td><td>\n\nCheck box that displays \\(selected\\) or hides \\(cleared\\) the **Condition** field, which allows you to specify conditions under which the indicator is exported.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nCondition\n\n</td><td>\n\nUser-created script that checks for certain conditions to be true before exporting the indicator.\n\n This field is visible only when **Conditional** is selected.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nSubject\n\n</td><td>\n\nText that appears in the subject line of the distribution email.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nIntroductory message\n\n</td><td>\n\nAdditional message that is delivered with the indicator.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nInclude with\n\n</td><td>\n\nAdditional scheduled indicators to send.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nOrientation\n\n</td><td>\n\nSelect the page orientation, Landscape or Portrait.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nZip output\n\n</td><td>\n\nSelect this check box to send the indicator as a zip file.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>\n"}}
