The look-up logic identifies the corresponding Source and Destination CIs based on IP addresses, sites, and managed networks.\n\nThe Device to Device Connections list shows fields from both the OT Device Network Connection \\[sn\\_ot\\_device\\_network\\_connection\\] table and the CI relationships \\[cmdb\\_rel\\_ci\\] table.\n\n## Procedure\n\n1. Navigate to **All** &gt; **Industrial Workspace**.\n\n2. Select the **List** \\(\\[Omitted image \"icon-list.png\"\\] Alt text: List icon\\) icon.\n\n3. Under the **OT Network** module, select the **Device to Device Connections** list.\n\n4. If needed, edit the following fields by selecting the checkbox next to an device to device connection and clicking **Edit**.\n\n<table id=\"table_ydg_5sp_sfc\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nField\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nParent\n\n</td><td>\n\nConfiguration item \\(CI\\) record of the source device.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nChild\n\n</td><td>\n\nCI record of the destination device.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nSource IP Address\n\n</td><td>\n\nIP address assigned to the source device.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nSource Device CI\n\n</td><td>\n\nCI record of the source device.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nSource MAC Address\n\n</td><td>\n\nMAC address of the source device.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nDestination IP Address\n\n</td><td>\n\nIP address assigned to the destination device.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nDestination Device CI\n\n</td><td>\n\nCI record of the destination device.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nDestination MAC Address\n\n</td><td>\n\nMAC address of the destination device.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nDestination Port\n\n</td><td>\n\nNetwork port used by the destination device for communication.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nLast Communication Time stamp\n\n</td><td>\n\nDate and time when the devices last communicated.**Note:** Any device-to-device connection record with a Last Communication Time stamp of 90 days or longer is deleted.\n\nTo edit the Last Communication Time stamp, perform the following actions.\n\n1. Navigate to **All** &gt; **Instance Scan** &gt; **Table Cleanup**.\n2. In the sn\\_ot\\_device\\_network\\_connection record, edit the **Age in seconds** field as needed. The default is `7,776,000`.\n\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nTransport Protocol\n\n</td><td>\n\nProtocol used for data transfer. For example, TCP, UDP.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nApplication Protocol\n\n</td><td>\n\nApplication-level protocol used. For example, HTTP, Modbus, FTP.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nSource Managed Network\n\n</td><td>\n\nManaged network segment where the source device resides.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nDestination Managed Network\n\n</td><td>\n\nManaged network segment where the destination device resides.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nDiscovery Source\n\n</td><td>\n\nSource that's providing the connection information.\n\n</td></tr></tbody>\n</table>5. Select **Save**.\n\n\n## Result\n\nTo view a device-to-device connection for an OT device, you can access the Device to Device Connections related list in the OT device record.
