Select **Flow Action**.\n\n2.  On the form, fill in the fields.\n\n<table id=\"table_ph5_fns_xjb\"><thead><tr><th>\n\nFields\n\n</th><th>\n\nDescription\n\n</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>\n\nName\n\n</td><td>\n\nName of the notification action.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nNotification\n\n</td><td>\n\nName of the notification containing the notification action record.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nAsync\n\n</td><td>\n\nOption to execute configured flow or action asynchronously.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nActive\n\n</td><td>\n\nOption to activate the notification action record.\n\n</td></tr><tr><td>\n\nChoose Flow or Action\n\n</td><td>\n\nOption to select either Flow or Action.
