Box document management AI agent

This AI agent manages Box documents. It uploads, moves, and removes files, looks up file IDs, searches content, adds metadata to files, and attaches Box files to ServiceNow records.

Workflow

The agent helps the user find, organize, and use Box documents from ServiceNow.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the file or folder.

  2. Search Box content or look up a file ID.

  3. Upload a file.

  4. Add metadata to a file.

  5. Move an owned item to another location.

  6. Attach a Box file to a ServiceNow record.

  7. Remove a file.

  8. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
