Box metadata management AI agent

This AI agent retrieves Box metadata instances on files and folders, by file or folder ID or by metadata scope and template key.

Workflow

The agent helps the user read the metadata applied to Box files and folders.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the file or folder ID, scope, and template key.

  2. Look up the metadata instance on a file by file ID or by scope and template key.

  3. Look up the metadata instance on a folder by folder ID or by scope and template key.

  4. Present the metadata to the user.

  5. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
