Microsoft SharePoint Online group management AI agent

This AI agent manages Microsoft SharePoint Online groups and site roles. It creates and deletes groups, adds and removes users, updates group owners, looks up groups and Microsoft 365 members, and adds or removes site roles.

Workflow

The agent helps the user manage Microsoft SharePoint Online groups and site permissions.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the site, group, and user.

  2. Look up a group by name or the Microsoft 365 members of a site group.

  3. Create a new group or delete one.

  4. Add a user to a group or remove a user from it.

  5. Update a group’s owner.

  6. Add a role to a site or remove one.

  7. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
