Microsoft SharePoint Online user management AI agent

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the user’s email address or login name.

  2. Look up user information by email or login name.

  3. Look up the Microsoft SharePoint Online groups the user belongs to.

  4. Present the results to the user.

  5. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
