Okta password management AI agent

This AI agent manages Okta passwords and account access. It sets, changes, expires, and resets passwords, resets authentication factors, and unlocks user accounts.

Workflow

The agent helps the user resolve password and sign-in issues in Okta.

  1. Ask the user what they want to do and collect the details the action needs, such as the user.

  2. Unlock a locked user account.

  3. Reset a password to a temporary value or expire a password.

  4. Set or change a user’s password.

  5. Reset a user’s authentication factors.

  6. Report the outcome to the user, including details of any error.
